No. PDF plans fail because life isn't a spreadsheet. I teach you how to eat based on your physiology and lifestyle, adjusting weekly based on data. Programs work for 6 weeks; a process works forever.
What data are we actually tracking?
Everything that matters. Resting heart rate, HRV, sleep stages, digestion quality, and strength markers. Weight is just one variable. We manage the inputs so the outputs take care of themselves.
Do I need to get bloodwork done?
It's highly recommended. We can optimize much faster when we know exactly what is happening with your hormones and markers. I help you interpret what regular doctors often ignore.
How long is the coaching process?
Most clients stay for 6-12 months. Real physiological change takes time, but you will feel the difference in energy and digestion within the first 14 days. This is about building a new baseline.
Is this only for high-level athletes?
No. It is for any man who is tired of cookie-cutter programs and wants a high-performance body. My clients range from business owners to athletes, all seeking optimal health.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
The method is built around what your gut can actually handle. We fix your digestion first so you can eat a wider variety of foods sustainably. No gut health, no results.
How often are the check-ins?
Official check-ins are weekly, but I monitor your daily performance data continuously. If your fatigue markers spike, we pivot the plan immediately, not in six days.
Can I still eat out or travel?
Yes. Sustainability is one of the four pillars. I show you how to navigate travel and restaurants without nuking your progress. If it is not sustainable, it does not work.
Why do you keep the roster small?
Because I actually coach you. I don't hand you off to an assistant. You get my eyes on every metric every week to ensure you never spin your wheels again.
